Should I use and worry about DoFollow and NoFollow
Understanding NoFollow and DoFollow
What effect NoFollow and DoFollow really is is questionable despite what you might read on many forums and message boards.
In case you are not already aware, people might add a link to your site but in the html there might be code which looks like this:
rel="NoFollow"
This code has the effect of telling Google not to include that given link in the link juice going out of the site linking. I have noticed in recent months though that in Google Webmaster Tools often show links which in a browser such as Firefox and with the NoFollow add-on, shows as NoFollow yet still seems to be followed by Google.

The thing really is that if you are including links on a page then you should be naturally using them anyway and why the need for NoFollow. Google WANT webmasters to interlink and to create what is a natural site and with natural inter-linking. My advice is to include some links to themed and matching sites and to try and make your site as natural as possible. If you are linking out though make some of them high Pagerank sites (also known as Authority sites).
